Downtown Buffalo 2002!
Draft Revised Strategic Plan Feedback Form

Thank you for taking a few minutes to give us your feedback on the Draft Revised Strategic Plan for Downtown Buffalo. We are proud of our responsiveness to feedback in both the 1999 Plan and again in the creation of this new plan, and your input is vital to the further revisions that the plan will be undergoing in the coming months.

If you haven't already, review the plan here before taking the survey. There are links to the survey at the top of every page of the plan.

The survey asks you to rank the nine focus areas and the five strategic investment areas and then to comment on what you believe the top three priorities of each focus area should be. There is a space for comments at the bottom of the survey. Thank you for your participation in Downtown Buffalo 2002!

Please rate the following nine focus areas from 1 to 9 in order of importance, 1 being the most important and 9 being the least important. Use [TAB] and [SHIFT+TAB] to move up and down between boxes.

In general, the vision is right on target.
The vision needs work (please explain in comments).

The following is a comprehensive listing of the action items identified in the draft Revised Strategic Plan. All of the items listed are important and most of these and others will be part of the full plan. However, it is important to be able to identify and rank items according to priority. This will help with both the scheduling and assigning of resources necessary to implement the action plan. Please take a moment to review all of them, or just the ones you are most interested in, and select your top three priorities in each issue area. The three priority items can come from any of the the sub-category areas of Policy, Analysis and Implementation. For example, you can select all three of your choices from the Policy section, or one from each of the three sections. The choice is yours. Please, however, be sure not to accidentally select the Policy, Analysis or Implementation headings within each pull-down box. We have also provided an "Other" selection in each box. If you select "Other," please elaborate in the comment section at the end and include the Issue Area that the comment relates to (Living, Working, etc.) Thank you!
