Objectives

The objectives are: to develop consensus as to which projects should be advanced for implementation; to create tasks and deadlines for those projects; to develop criteria against which progress on the downtown strategy can be measured; and to celebrate progress on plan implementation through the regular publication of progress reports developed with the project implementers.
