Goals

The goal of the campaign is to facilitate the advancement and implementation of high priority projects in downtown Buffalo. Projects selected for implementation are based on the Downtown Strategic Plan prepared with the City of Buffalo that was released in September 1999 as a work in progress. Plan review has involved broad professional, public, and stakeholder constituencies. Implementation is being coordinated through an Implementation Council of chief executives and Action Teams responsible for the work.
